Brasília, Caxias do Sul e São Luís, em
média, o Algoritmo Random Forrest
apresentou uma pontuação de 95%
de classicações corretas para os
períodos de cartel e não cartel.

Os resultados apontaram que, uma
minoria dos ltros selecionados
detectaram evidências de cartel para
uma pequena parcela dos casos em
análise. Os autores concluíram que,
possivelmente, a diculdade de denir
precisamente o período de cartel pela
autoridade de defesa da concorrência
e o uso de ltros, que, supostamente,
não captam o comportamento dos
agentes em conluio nestes mercados,
pode justicar a rejeição de indícios de
cartel para os casos condenados.
